I started brewin beer in 2012. I moved from doing 5 gallon extract brewing on the stove to 2 gallon small batch full grain brewing in a custom built brew system in 2018.

The homebrew scene in Ann Arbor, MI is fairly large and so I have lots of tasty beers to sample and compare against.

In 2017 I moved to kegging from bottling. I had a back log of beer in secondary and this was the quickest way to get it to a drinkable state. I've yet to build a kegerator and simply leave kegs in winter cold garage.
